I am Amit Kumar Jha, a dedicated educator with over 10 years of experience as a UPSC faculty, specializing in History and General Studies. My academic journey began with my schooling from the Bihar Board, followed by a bachelor’s degree in history (Hons.) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. I further pursued my master’s in history from Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya, and qualified NET. To strengthen my teaching pedagogy, I completed my B.Ed. in Social Studies from Jammu University and also qualified CTET. Additionally, my diploma in Mass Communication from YMCA has helped me develop a broader perspective in communication and content delivery. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD, continuing my commitment to academic excellence. My experience includes 5 years in teaching and media, along with a decade of mentoring UPSC aspirants. I have appeared in the UPSC Mains twice and also written Mains examinations for BPSC and other state commissions like UKPSC, JPSC, RPSC, and MPSC. This exposure has given me a deep understanding of the examination system and the mindset required to succeed. I am Kumar Vishal, a dedicated faculty in the field of Civil Services preparation, with over 9 years of teaching experience across reputed institutes in India. My academic journey includes a B.Sc. (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, an MBA (First Class) from the University of Pune, and an LL.B. (First Class) from Vinoba Bhave University, with a strong focus on General Science.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to mentor aspirants across multiple states including Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Delhi, and Pune. I have been associated with institutes such as Chanakya IAS (Pune), Academy of Civil Services (Dibrugarh), Aarohan IAS (Guwahati), and Institute of Basic Education (Itanagar), among others.

I am Arup Saikia, an educator with over 11 years and 4 months of professional experience, including more than 6 years dedicated to APSC/UPSC teaching. Currently, I have served as a Faculty at Bhadra IAS Academy, Maligaon, Guwahati, where I have been mentoring aspirants since April 2021.

My areas of expertise include Indian Polity, International Relations, Governance, and Science & Technology.
